SHIPPING

Orders are shipped when your piece is complete.

Domestic orders are shipped using UPS with tracking and insurance.

International orders are shipped using Fedex or UPS Priority International.  Every package is shipped with documentation. Please note that we do not have control over customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fee or delays. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges are not included in the cost of shipping, and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.   

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund lost or stolen packages.  Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is correct before placing your order.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE

Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. In general, we are not accepting returns. We will gladly repair the original piece in accordance with the following process:

  • The jewel must have been purchased 7 days of receiving order and must we unworn and in its original condition.

  • Please notify us by email prior to returning, with a brief description of fault and photo.

  • In the event of a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

  • We cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during shipping. All returns must be sent back in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Insurance on package is recommended.

  • All custom orders and sale items are final sale and are non-refundable.

Please note, production begins soon after your order is placed so you are able to receive your item in a timely manner. To cancel or modify an order, please email us within one hour of making your purchase.  Once production begins, we are unable to cancel your order.
