FULFILMENT
Clark jewelry is handcrafted in Brooklyn. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the creation of your unique piece. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. For rush orders, please contact helloclarkstudio@gmail.com before placing your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Kindly note that expedited shipping is subject to an additional fee.
REPAIRS
To inquire about a repair, please contact helloclarkstudio@gmail.com. Please include your name, a photo of the damaged item, a detailed description, and proof of purchase.
Unless damage is due to defects in craftsmanship, repairs are subject to a reasonable fee. The buyer is responsible for all repair costs, including shipping. Please allow up to six weeks for your item to be repaired. Kindly note, we reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
JEWELRY CARE
Each piece is made-to-order by hand in our Brooklyn studio, carefully finished and packaged. It is recommended that you avoid wearing your jewels in moisture (i.e. bath, shower, exercising and swimming). Lotions, oils and perfumes may cause tarnish overtime and patina to change. Place your piece in a cool, dry area after wear. We recommend not using a polishing cloth for pieces that have plating, this may cause finish to wear off. Re-plating and polishing services are available.
